We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact Us link. Customers are responsible for return postage.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full.

Each electric toilet brush comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
